The Story of Al's Pizza
Al’s Pizza was purchased by the Partridge family in 1969. We have been fortunate enough to serve Skowhegan and the surrounding area for 52 years! In those years as our business grew, so did the size of our store. In 1987, we moved to our current location at 20 Waterville Road.
You can find Al’s Pizza at the crossroads of Route 2 (Maine’s major east-west highway) and Route 201 (Maine’s major north-south route). Family-owned and operated for the last 52 years, our mission has not changed. Deliver an exceptional, quality experience that is so good, you can’t wait to return!
Our amazing staff promises to deliver a personal level of service you might not be used to from other pizza shops. We still make pizzas and sandwiches the “real” way—freshly assembled with quality ingredients. Our meats and cheeses are real and fresh, no soy fillers. Our veggies are cut fresh daily, no nitrogen freeze packing. Our dough and breads are made locally, from scratch, not packed with preservatives. This all leads to a tastier, healthier, more satisfying product. That’s how our family started in the pizza business 50 years ago and we wouldn’t dare serve anything different today!
Thank You,
